When an appointment is not maintained it limits our abilities to fulfill the time slot. We require a $50.00 deposit for new clients in which goes towards total service cots. 24 hour cancellation / reschedule notice is required. 

For the health and safety of staff and other guests, please reschedule if you are sick.
